Contratto: SomministrazioneLuogo di lavoro: Provincia di Bologna Process and Methods EngineerLa risorsa supporterà il dipartimento R&D e le linee di prodotto nell'ottimizzazione dei processi e nell'evoluzione delle applicazioni per lo sviluppo prodotto, agendo come facilitatore tra dipartimenti per garantire efficienza, innovazione e allineamento agli standard di Gruppo.Responsabilità principaliAnalizzare e ottimizzare i processi di sviluppo prodotto e industrializzazione.Gestire la raccolta e prioritizzazione delle richieste (demand management).Coordinare gli stakeholder (process owner, key user) nelle fasi di progetto.Supportare l'evoluzione del sistema PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) e la sua integrazione con gli standard di Gruppo.Proporre soluzioni tecnologiche innovative per migliorare la produttività e la qualità dei processi.Monitorare KPI di processo e identificare aree di miglioramento continuo.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica o discipline affini.Esperienza di 1-2 anni in process improvement, PLM o project management in contesti industriali complessi.Conoscenza dei principali strumenti PLM e CAD.Competenze di analisi dei processi e gestione progetti.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Capacità di lavorare in team e di interagire con stakeholder di diversi livelli.Soft SkillsProblem solving e approccio analitico.Comunicazione efficace e capacità di negoziazione.Orientamento all'innovazione e al miglioramento continuo.Sede di lavoro: provincia di Bologna#J-*****-Ljbffr
