Are you a passionate Senior Frontend Developer who loves crafting elegant user experiences and solving complex problems?Join our innovative tech team and help shape modern, high-impact digital products while working from some of Italy's most inspiring cities.We're looking for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys pushing frontend boundaries, and cares deeply about performance, usability, and clean designKey Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-centric interfaces.- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging experiences.- Build scalable frontend solutions that prioritise performance, reliability, and maintainability.- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.- Contribute to the creation, evolution, and governance of shared design systems.- Ensure frontend implementations meet non-functional requirements such as performance, accessibility, and security.- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and promote frontend best practices.- Identify opportunities for improvement in architecture, workflows, and development processes.- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.- Stay up to date with emerging frontend trends and continuously improve product quality.Technical Skills and Experience:- Strong professional experience as a Senior Frontend Developer.At least 7 years of experience overall- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend technologies.- Hands-on experience with React, Vue, or Angular.- Solid understanding of state management techniques.- Proven experience building and maintaining Design Systems.- Strong grasp of UX principles and frontend performance optimisation.- Experience working with data-driven interfaces and visualisation techniques.- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.- Clear and confident communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).- A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.- Proactive, ownership-driven approach to work.- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring others.Preferred Skills- Experience with in-browser 3D graphics or visualising large and complex data structures.- Awareness of cybersecurity considerations in frontend development.Nice to Have- Experience with micro-frontend architectures.- Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch.- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) approaches.Why Join us?- Work in Italy's most vibrant cities – Rome, Turin, or Milan.- Be part of a collaborative and inclusive culture that values creativity and innovation.- Enjoy professional growth opportunities, including learning programs and mentorship.- Work on meaningful, impactful projects that enhance your skills.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Flexible working options supporting a healthy work-life balance.Ready to Apply?Send us your CV and a short cover letter highlighting your experience.Join us and help create digital experiences users love — while enjoying the best of Italy
