Fondata nel ****, LB Plast è un'azienda italiana specializzata nella produzione di accessori idraulici per lavelli da cucina, con sedi a Tribano e Conselve (PD). Stiamo cercando un/a: PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGER Sarai responsabile della qualità lungo tutto il ciclo produttivo, lavorando in stretta sinergia con produzione e ufficio tecnico. In un contesto in cui i prodotti vengono sempre più customizzati, la tua capacità di controllo, analisi e visione sarà fondamentale. Attività e Responsabilità: Supervisionare i controlli qualità in ingresso, in processo e sul prodotto finito; Pianificare azioni preventive per evitare e gestire le non conformità; Collaborare con ufficio tecnico e produzione per garantire il rispetto degli standard richiesti dai clienti; Definire e aggiornare le procedure qualità e i piani di controllo prodotto; Monitorare KPI e attivare iniziative di miglioramento continuo; Interfacciarti con clienti e fornitori per aspetti qualitativi. Cosa cerchiamo in te: Formazione in ambito tecnico, preferibile laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o dei Materiali; Esperienza nel controllo qualità prodotto in contesti industriali PMI; Conoscenza di strumenti di misura, tecniche di collaudo e normativa; Attitudine al lavoro trasversale, precisione e buone capacità comunicative; Buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico; Familiarità con realtà produttive strutturate e con alto livello di customizzazione di prodotto.
