Project Logistics Coordinator Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Logistics Coordinator to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling RFQs and rate requests from customers, supporting the development of comprehensive transportation plans, coordinating daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments, and providing regular updates and detailed reports to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate customer requirements and develop effective logistics solutionsCollaborate closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure equipment availability and optimal schedulingCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projectsQualifications1-3 years of experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operationsDiploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related fieldProficient MS Office skills; familiar with logistics softwareHSE knowledge: Understanding Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) standards in logisticsGood spoken and written EnglishExperience with project cargo, heavylift, and out-of-gauge cargo handling is essentialCoordinated Transport Solutions Specialist • Milano, Lombardia, Italia#J-*****-Ljbffr
