Operation Planner Location:Nola, ITCompany:AlstomAt Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people.From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry.Every day, more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.ResponsabilitiesManage Tactical & Operational Plannings, all maintenance plan overview and forecast to get a balanced spread of resources (workforce, materials and facilities) during project lifeMonitor Fleet Availability performance and ensure contract targets are consistently achievedEnsure Remove and Return to Operation processes and protocols are in place and applied in compliance with Railway Safety and contract requirementsTimely manage train failures and infrastructure disruption and adjust plans, where necessary in conjunction with the Fleet OperatorLiaise with Operator operations teamUpon completion of Service Orders and Concessions if applicable, manage Return to Operations with fleet operator, communication of availability of assets and restrictions if anyCreate Diagramming according Operator requirements and Operational Planning • Update Diagramming according to requirements and optimizing/balancing trains monthly mileageInterface between Fleet Management & Fleets operatorKeep always a general and updated overview about crucial spare parts availabilityBeing informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially about needed special tool to carry maintenance activity out.Managing any problems with extraordinary planning meetings (if required)Verification of compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycle (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check and hand over out).Verification of compliance with scheduled departure and arrival time in Nola Depot.Check and reporting of all delay reasons.Ensuring that all updated planning informations are spread out within workshop in real time mode.Attendance at the daily planning meetings (8:30 mandatory and 16:30 when required).Bringing into default planning items special request coming from all project team and scheduling them using SAP system.Reporting all cumulated delays and root cause of them.Analyzing delaying issues in order to better perform in similar future circumstances.Interfacing with Supply Chain team (using meetings and SAP system) to check needed spare parts to be available.Attendance to any extraordinary planning meeting to face contingency.Reporting all special activities status within dedicated figures, graphs and gants.Skills & education/Competenze & formazioneEducation/Istruzione: Engineering degree or professional level qualifications in technical areas.Languages/Lingue: English mandatoryExperience in process supervision/managment.Work experience in a process/production environment.Railways and train system instruction/knowledge is preferred.Maintenance process knowledge is requiredGood IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules).Microsoft Office is requiredAbility to make decisions, sense of urgency: sets priorities and reacts immediately when confrontend with a problem.Communicating with transparency: delivers clear messages, listen to others, ensure the right approach depending on different stakeholders such as customers, team members, colleagues, superiors and supplier.You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud.If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from youImportant to noteAs a global business, we're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.#J-*****-Ljbffr
