Who are we?Four years ago, we started out as a startup with a strong desire to transform logistics — and we haven't stopped growing since.Today, we're a team of over 150 people, united by a shared ambition:to innovate, to learn, and to create real impact.We believe in the power of a motivated, diverse team with the freedom to make decisions.We're committed to a healthy culture built on trust, responsibility, and an entrepreneurial spirit.There are no rigid molds here — we value ideas, initiative, and collective growth.Our MissionWe help e-Commerce businesses scale their logistics without losing focus on their core operations.How do we do it?With our own tech platform that enables them to outsource and digitize their entire logistics operation in a simple, efficient, and scalable way.We treat our clients' logistics as if they were our own.Optimizing deliveries, reducing costs, and delivering an excellent customer experience — that's what drives us every day.The roleThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.They supervise the logistics team, implement continuous improvement processes, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.We offer full-time contract.Work location: Capena (Roma).Start date in June of € gross annual salary.39-hour work week, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible hours (one hour less on Fridays).Candidate referral program.Team-building events and social gatherings.TasksOrganize and coordinate with warehouse workers the processing, packaging, and shipping of orders.Organize stock and maintain inventories.Inspect products to discard defects and damages.Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.Organize warehouse space.Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory items.Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.RequirementsProficiency in logistics technologies and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).Advanced knowledge of Excel.Ability to implement and optimize processes.Creativity, initiative, and adaptability.Leadership with high standards and a constructive critical mindset.Fluent English (required).Spanish (a plus).Selection process30' online interview with Eva, Talent Acquisition Specialist.60' online interview with the Logistics team.Possible resolution of a small case.60' in-person interview with Ivan, Country Manager in Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
