Join to apply for theJunior Project Developer – Photovoltaic Solar - Italy (hybrid)role atID Energy GroupID Energy Group is the most committed partner specialized in solar photovoltaic energy on the market.Our multidisciplinary teams support our clients on their path to energy transition in a decisive, flexible and approachable manner.With more than 17 years of experience specializing in solar photovoltaic energy, we have the ability to visualize possibilities and solve any challenges that arise along the way.We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Developer to reinforce our Italian TeamThe Junior Project Developer will support the development of greenfield projects and co-developments, ensuring the achievement of the ready-to-build stage and working on construction permitting while liaising with the implementation team.The position reports to the Head of Development.Key responsibilitiesAssist in the analysis of solar projects, supporting due diligence and commercial discussions.Support the coordination of development and permitting activities to help projects reach "ready to build" status.Help maintain relationships with co-development partners and assist with contractual follow-ups.Prepare documentation for tender submissions and project authorizations under guidance.Support communication with external stakeholders (municipalities, public authorities, DSOs, TSOs, landowners, service providers).Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, engineering, construction, finance, and controlling.Develop knowledge of local market legislation, regulations, and incentive schemes.Assist in monitoring project costs and budget tracking within the development phase.Your profile1–2 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects in Italy.Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work well in a team.University degree.Native Italian is a must and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).Why us?International team – collaborate with teams across ID Energy Group (Italy, Hungary and Spain).Professional development possibilities.Hybrid working structure.Space for creativity and innovation.Location: Rome, Latium, Italy.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
