Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Evoca Group is a world-leading producer of professional coffee and vending machines for out-of-home consumption, anchored in more than 90 years of coffee and vending heritage.Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers — serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more.We are looking for a Junior Sustainability Engineer to support the team in managing sustainability projects related to products, business processes, and ESG performance communication.The role involves data collection and analysis, certification management, support for sustainability communication, and collaboration with the R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations departments.Your responsibilities will be:Conduct strategic analysis related to business performance and opportunities.Contribute to the development of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).Assist in the management and updating of sustainability certifications (EcoVadis, Sustainalytics, UN Global Compact, SBTi, CDP).Support the collection and analysis of environmental data to measure the impact of products and business processes.Collaborate in the development of sustainability communication materials for products, such as Product Carbon Footprint Scorecards.Support internal training by helping to prepare presentations and communication tools.Contribute to the evaluation of supply chain sustainability by assisting in the collection of supplier information.Stay updated on environmental regulations, standards, and industry best practices.Assist in the management and maintenance of corporate certifications (ISO ****, product labeling, process audits).To be successful in this role you'll need to have:1-2 years of experience in areas related to product sustainability, LCA, certification management, ESG systems, quality systems, environmental management, or sustainability communication.Interest in sustainability certifications and assessments.Interest in product certifications and corporate management systems.Ability to collect and analyze data in a structured, problem-solving-oriented manner.Basic knowledge of LCA methodologies and related analysis tools – a plus if already used.Aptitude for multidisciplinary work, with an interest in collaborating with different business areas.Good command of English to support document and report writing.What we offer:Benefits: competitive reward system, smart working, company canteen.We are committed to guaranteeing equal employment opportunities.We believe in respect, trust, and empathy, fostering a work environment without discrimination.We select candidates regardless of ethnicity, gender, age, disability, socioeconomic background, or any other protected characteristic.Throughout the recruiting process, the company promotes equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and transparency.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
