Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry.While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market.Diesel is a truly worldwide organization.It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.For one of the most relevant Stores in Diesel European network –Orio al Seriowe are now recruiting a newPart Time 20h Client Advisor.YouAuthentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the center of every decision.Courageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn.Key ResponsibilitiesAct and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clientsWelcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all timesBe a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questionsCreate a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about themDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales resultsBe proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.Prove Brand and product knowledgeEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floorThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitorsDevelop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiativesManage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performanceKey RequirementsPrevious experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;Strong communication skills;Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus;Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, - - Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory.Any additional language is considered a strong plus.What we offerA competitive pay depending on Store performance: you will have commissions on your own salesA range of development opportunities in Diesel and OTB group Store network in Italy and abroadA awesome, young and dynamic team?
