OverviewContinuous Improvement Engineer Crealis Group•Varese (VA), ITALYAre you passionate about Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and driving real change on the shop floor?We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help us improve how we work, eliminate waste, and build a strong culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Plant Director and Operations leaders to implement Lean Manufacturing and CI initiativesLead cross-functional improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality, and productivityAnalyze manufacturing and business processes to identify losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunitiesDesign and implement TO-BE processes, engaging stakeholders at all organizational levelsTrack CI project progress, KPIs, and results, providing clear reporting to managementOptimize factory layout and production flow to support efficient manufacturingDeliver Lean/CI training, workshops, and coaching to teamsAct as a reference point for Green Belt colleagues, supporting ongoing CI projectsQualificationsDegree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldLean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt is a plus)Experience driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindsetAbility to lead change, influence stakeholders, and work cross-functionallyClear communicator, comfortable from shop floor to leadership levelBenefitsMake a visible impact on plant performance and operational excellenceWork closely with leadership on strategic, high-impact projectsGrow your CI expertise in a company that truly values continuous improvementBe part of a culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and changeInterested?Apply directly or message us to learn more.Continuous Improvement Engineer • Varese (VA), ITALY#J-*****-Ljbffr
