Electrical Project Leader

We are hiring an Electrical Project Leader for our Assago (Milano) office.The resource will be part of the internal engineering team and will supervise and coordinate the design of HV/MV/LV systems, with an EPC approach, for Power sectors (generation, transmission and distribution), renewable energies and industrial environment in general, both for Italy markets and abroad.Act as the Tech Lead for assigned projects.· Owner of the assigned Projects document list, responsible of the correct issuing of the documents, as per time schedule.· Support Proposal Engineers during the bidding stage.Depending upon the type and complexity of each Project, the responsibilities of the resource may include also the development of engineering documentation, encompassing but not limited to:· Electrical schematics· The Projects are typically in the area of electric high voltage substations, energy storage systems, renewable plants and are developed in Italy.The Project Leader responds hierarchically to the Engineering Director. For each assigned project, PL responds also functionally to the Project Manager.Electrical Engineering degree or technical school graduation with a focus on electrical engineering.· Italian mothertongue.· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained in Contractor Companies or System Integrators.· Knowledge of electrical calculation tools for networks and cable sizing.· Proficient with the MS Office package.· Availability for short site missions, particularly during the commissioning stage of designed systems.· Proficiency in both written and spoken English.We are committed to promoting an inclusive work environment and respecting gender diversity.
