Overview Join to apply for the Service Engineer role at Sealed Air Corporation .Sealed Air designs and delivers packaging solutions that protect essential goods transported worldwide, preserve food, enable e-commerce and digital connectivity, and help create a global supply chain that is touchless, safer, less wasteful, and more resilient.As a Service Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our customer support operations.You maintain, install, and upgrade our fleet of packaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.You assist customers during the post-sales phase, resolving technical issues and breakdowns, and actively promote our equipment, Smart Services, and Spare Parts to support our financial goals.You collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Systems & Integration and Application Engineers—to share field insights and ensure seamless communication across projects.You also lead or contribute to specific service projects, analyze equipment performance data, and ensure all activities comply with safety and operational standards.Responsibilities Provide expert maintenance, installation, and upgrades for our fleet and partner equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Understand and respond to customer needs by evaluating expectations and planning service activities that meet goals.Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to become a trusted partner for customers.Drive spare parts and Smart Services sales to meet financial targets while delivering value to customers.Train and empower customers with hands-on instruction in basic equipment maintenance.Ensure safety and compliance by following company, regional, and customer standards and safety rules.Collaborate with internal teams and share technical insights from the field for continuous improvement and innovation.Lead or support service projects, analyze performance data, and ensure timely maintenance and corrective actions.Record all service activities in the CRM platform for accurate tracking and reporting.Qualifications Degree in Electromechanical Engineering High and low voltage certification Strong ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley) Proven experience in field technical service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Understanding of kinematics, mechanical/electrical drives, and industrial equipment manufacturing Knowledge of vacuum processes and material thermal/physical properties is a plus Job details Requisition id: ***** Relocation: No Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Industries: Packaging and Containers Manufacturing EEO and notices Sealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.We provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, protected disability, veteran status, or any other protected status in accordance with applicable laws.Please be cautious of fraudulent recruiting efforts using the Sealed Air name or logo.Sealed Air will never request private information during the application process.If you have concerns, contact us directly at #J-*****-Ljbffr
