Mangia's Resorts, a distinguished hospitality brand of Aeroviaggi S.P.A., embodies the essence of Authentic Italian Vacanza within the upper-upscale segment.With 17 owned properties across Sicily and Sardinia—including 2 city hotels, 10 four- and five-star resorts, and 5 clubs—Mangia's offers guests immersive and memorable stays that celebrate Italian heritage, nature, and lifestyle.Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.Job descriptionWe are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at one of hotel MClub del Golfo.The ideal candidate will oversee team coordination, service excellence, and beverage quality, ensuring a refined guest experience aligned with Mangia's hospitality standards.Responsibilities:- Managing and coordinating the bar team, overseeing activities, discipline, professional appearance, and service quality to ensure guest satisfaction- Inspecting the work environment to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations- Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and accommodating all requests- Supervising beverage preparation and ensuring the quality of the products served- Keeping up with international trends to define industry-standard expectations- Regularly inspecting storage areas to maintain cleanliness and organization- Monitoring beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels- Leading pre-shift briefings with team members- Inspecting staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies- Planning work schedules and weekly shifts for the bar team- Reviewing beverage sales and costs, and reconciling any accounting discrepanciesRequirements:- Previous experience in the role within luxury hospitality or similar environments- Proficiency in French and English- Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages- Familiarity with local and national regulations regarding alcohol service- Strong skills in team management and inventory control- Customer service orientation- Understanding of basic accounting principles, personnel management, and marketing- Precision and attention to detailWhat we offer:- Type of contract seasonal- Accommodation available- Career growth opportunities within the company- Dynamic and collaborative work environment- Ongoing training and access to professional development courses.
