The Ecommerce Developer will design, develop, and maintain ecommerce applications and websites while ensuring their functionality and seamless user experiences. Key responsibilities include writing and testing scalable code, integrating payment gateways, optimizing site performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing updates based on user feedback. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and other team members to create visually appealing and efficient ecommerce platforms will also be required.QualificationsProficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.jsExperience with backend technologies, including PHP, Node.js, MySQL, and API integrationUnderstanding of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom solutionsKnowledge of SEO practices, website performance optimization, and mobile responsivenessStrong debugging, problem-solving, and testing skillsFamiliarity with secure payment gateway integration and inventory management systemsAbility to collaborate effectively in a remote team environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field is preferredExperience in sustainable or luxury product industries is a plus
