We Hunt, per importante realtà attiva su progetti complessi in ambitocivile, terziario e industriale, ricerca un/unaMEP Site Managerper il coordinamento delle opere impiantistiche all'interno di cantieri.La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella supervisione delle attività in campo, garantendo qualità, sicurezza, rispetto dei tempi e presidio dei fornitori.La risorsa si occuperà di:Supervisionare il completamento delle opere impiantistiche (MEP), assicurando il rispetto del programma lavori, degli standard di Qualità e Sicurezza e del budget.Gestire, organizzare e coordinare subappaltatori e ditte specialistiche.Collaborare con ilProject Manager MEP, condividendo criticità e proponendo soluzioni operative.Verificare la correttezza e la completezza della documentazione tecnica e del controllo qualità di sito.Supportare i collaudi delle opere impiantistiche secondo protocolliBREEAM/LEED.Gestire difetti, non conformità e attività di chiusurasnag-list.Laurea tecnica o Diploma tecnico.5–10 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo maturata su cantieriEPC / General Contractor / Impiantistica complessa.Background su progetti strutturati in ambito civile, terziario o industriale.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.L'annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. ********) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall'art. 10 del D.Lgs n. ********.
