ICS Milan - Viale Ortles, 46, MilanICS Milan is looking for aPeople & Culture Specialistresponsible for the day-to-day management of human resources at our school.Reporting directly to Head of School and the People & Culture Manager Italy, the profile will be responsible of the day by day relations with all staff, payroll administration, contracts, onboarding, training programs, policies, welfare and administrative activities of the department.The People & Culture Specialist at ICS Milan acts as atrusted point of referencefor all staff withempathyand discretion.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communications skills and will build trust across teams.English language proficiencyand exceptional use ofExceland ad hoc software.Prior experience in an international and multicultural context will be considered a plus.Immediate start, full-time.Main Responsibility:Support new staff during relocation and on-boarding processes;Manage the immigration procedures of new staff coming from abroad;Compilekey operational payroll metrics & dashboards and follow the whole payroll process for timely and reliable processing;UtilizeZucchetti Infinity Suite to manage staff presence and absences;Manage the GDPRdocumentation and make sure of policy compliance;Manage compulsory health and safety activities and training for all staff;Providesupportand guidance on employee relations matters, maintaining positive workplace morale and managing conflict resolution when necessaryCoordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience;Prepareperiodic reports;Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.G.
