Seargin is a dynamic multinational tech company operating in 50 countries.At Seargin, we drive innovation and create projects that shape the future and greatly enhance the quality of life.You will find our solutions in the space industry, supporting scientists in the development of cancer drugs, and implementing innovative technological solutions for industrial clients worldwide.These are just some of the areas in which we operate.Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for Product Owner / Business Analyst About the job Model: Hybrid - Rome, Italy Duration: 1 year Start: Asap Language: English B2 Recruitment process: 1 interview Contract: B2B FTE: full-time Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis Strong capacity in preparing and writing clear, structured business requirements documents Good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams) Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or equivalent notation standards Familiarity with project management tools (Jira) Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Fluent in English Key Responsibilities: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders Preparation of business requirements and approval of technical specifications Defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries Facilitating communication and interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers Actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospective) Monitoring product KPIs and proposing data-driven improvements Managing the product lifecycle from conception to release
