We are looking for a Traffic Assistant to join our Supply Chain (Warehouse & Logistic) Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.How you make the differenceYou will carry out all relevant logistics activities to ensure the fulfillment of transport and distribution requests for finished products to international markets.How your agenda looks like:You will manage order entry and processing through the SAP system;You will prepare shipping documentation, including the required specifications for each individual country (EU and non-EU) in accordance with applicable regulations;You will correctly apply national and international regulations and related administrative and legal requirements;You will manage the verification of customs documents (customs bills);You will manage daily interactions with the ATS veterinarian and prepare export eligibility certificates;You will work on a daily basis with internal departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Administration, Planning, and Bolton International.Your team:You will become part of the Warehouse & Logistic Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Traffic Supervisor.What makes you a great fit:High school diploma;Previous experience victor in similar roles is considered a plus;Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, with strong proficiency in Excel;Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;English proficiency at C1 level;Accuracy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.What's in for you:Work location: Cermenate (CO) ItalyContract type: Temporary – Mat.LeaveWorking Hours: Full TimeCompany canteenRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options availableCurious About Us?Dive In:About BoltonBolton is an Italian family-owned fast-moving consumer Licem goods company with ****** people?????? located across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 R&D laboratories, and 14 fishing vessels worldwide.With a diverse portfolio of over 60 quality brands, Bolton has been enriching the lives of millions of people every day for more than 75 years, making their everyday more delicious, more enjoyable, useful, and beautiful.About Bolton Food#J-*****-Ljbffr
