The Attico is the brainchild of Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini: women talking to women, imagining fashions as tools of expression, with a distinctive sense of daring.Established in ****, The Attico is rooted in the complementary personalities of its creative directors and an idea of multiplicity as feminine strength.RETAIL MANAGER Having opened its first retail store in **** in Ibiza, the Attico is looking for an enthusiastic retail manager to drive the growth our retail channel.The role is based in Milan and requires a proven experience in designer/luxury retail management, with an omnichannel perspective, and experience in opening new retail point of sales.Reporting to the commercial director, you will be well connected, detail oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset.You will have a strong understanding of retail operations and retail merchandising of international markets and key players worldwide and you will have the ability to communicate collections with energy and professionalism.Ideally starting early ****.Requirements: · 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, in the fashion/ luxury industry · Strong reporting & analytical skills · Attention to details and able to multitask · Ability to work in autonomy · Problem solving, use of own initiative and drive · Team player · Fluent English is a must, 2nd language preferred Job description The retail manager oversees the retail network, setting strategic and financial goals, ensuring sales performance aligns with brand objectives, while implementing and coordinating regional store teams to drive consistent execution and growth.· Retail development o Global retail strategy development and implementation o Location scouting & lease negotiation o P&L and business plan for new openings o New openings roadmap o Coordination / project management, with architecture / store planner o In store retail team scouting and recruitment process · Retail operations o Stock control and optimisation o In store operational process optimization initiatives o Omnichannel operations coordination and alignment o Returns process management and improvement o Retail IT system optimization o Branded material purchasing and logistics (including uniforms) o Store maintenance and vendor relationship management o Management of store retail teams, including tracking of rotas · Retail merchandising o Seasonal buying and assortment strategy o Product performance analysis o Seasonal markdown planning o Product presentation coordination and alignment o Inventory & stock rotation monitoring o Implementations of VM guidelines
