Siamo alla ricerca di unTerminal and logistics digitalization specialist & program managerper guidare e supportare iniziative progettuali innovative nell'ambito della Logistica, dei Trasporti e della Supply Chain, con un focus particolare sull'ottimizzazione dei processi operativi e l'integrazione di sistemi tecnologici avanzati.La persona selezionata si occuperà di:Gestione end-to-end dei progetti assegnati, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e obiettivi qualitativi.Analisi approfondita dei processi dei clienti, definizione dei requisiti funzionali e mappatura tramite metodologie BPM/BPMN per supportare la transizione verso una digital supply chain.Interfaccia strategica con il team di sviluppo per tradurre le esigenze operative in specifiche tecniche e configurazioni delle soluzioni proprietarie (MILOS).Supporto alla progettazione di soluzioni innovative e accompagnamento del cliente nell'adozione di nuove tecnologie (es. sistemi di automazione o gestione terminalistica).Laurea in Ingegneria, Ingegneria Gestionale o in EconomiaAlmeno 6 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti maturati in contesti di Terminal Container (Greenfield/Brownfield) o nell'implementazione di sistemi TOS/WMS.Familiarità con strumenti di mappatura processi (BPMN) e conoscenza delle metodologie di Project Management.Spiccato orientamento al problem solving, capacità di lavorare in team e attitudine alla gestione di stakeholder internazionali.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello professionale).Certificazioni PMP o PRINCE2 e competenza in metodologie Lean/Problem Solving.Coinvolgimento in progetti innovativi nell'ambito della logistica, dei trasporti e della supply chain.Ambiente di lavoro giovane, internazionale ed inclusivoFlessibilità oraria e smart workingRiconoscimento dei risultati individualiPossibilità di crescita professionale in una realtà in continua espansione#J-*****-Ljbffr
