Key Responsibilities :Maintain and service customer tissue converting equipment and systems according to Valmet service procedures and safety processesSet up machinery and provide prompt assistance to solve technical issues related to processes, machinery or toolsCarry out processes checks and quality control to improve product quality and propose improvement solutions to the customerPerform scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure and optimise equipment performanceProactively evaluate and suggest spare parts or improvements to the customer for equipment updateCarry out training to the customer's site or in-houseCollaborate with the technical department for programming software and improve technical solutionsEnsure the achievement of predefined objectives guaranteeing customer satisfaction within the agreed timelineTo succeed in this role, you will need :Technical school diploma or Degree in Electronic, Software, Automation, Informatics or similar fieldsMinimum 2 years of experience as Software Technician in manufacturing industry, experience in converting industry is a plusExperience with Controls Engineering / PLC / HMI programming / SafetyExperience with Siemens S7, Tia Portal (especially CPU Siemens ****-TF); Rockwell RSLogix ****, Siemens WinCC, SIMATIC WinCC Unified (JavaScript)Proficiency with MS Office 365, SAP and 2D CADStructured approach to complete tasks accordingly to targets and scheduleStructured and systematic approach to execute given tasks;Strong skills in complex troubleshootingService orientationGood interpersonal and communication skills and proactive approach to workRespect for quality standards and safety proceduresStrong work ethicAvailability and willingness to travelFluent in English and ItalianWe offer :Work in a global organization with international customers and colleagues, dynamic and modern work environmentOnboarding planInternal canteen free of chargeWelfare systemYearly training program#J-*****-Ljbffr
