Siamo alla ricerca, per la nostra sede di Marina di Carrara, di una figura After Sales con forte orientamento operativo, da inserire all'interno del team post-vendita.La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione delle attività di assistenza tecnica post-consegna, fungendo da punto di riferimento tra cliente, fornitori e area tecnica.Il ruolo è prevalentemente operativo-gestionale, con presenza sul campo e coinvolgimento diretto nelle attività tecniche.Responsabilità principaliGestione delle attività di after sales e post-vendita su yacht/superyachtCoordinamento e supervisione di interventi tecnici, manutenzioni e riparazioniSupporto operativo alle attività di assistenza tecnicaGestione delle segnalazioni cliente e risoluzione delle problematiche tecnicheCoordinamento con cantieri, fornitori e tecnici esterniMonitoraggio delle attività di garanzia e post-consegnaInterfaccia con clienti nazionali e internazionaliEsperienza pregressa nel settore nautico (yacht, superyacht, cantieristica navale)Competenze tecniche e operative su impianti e sistemi di bordoApproccio hands-on e forte orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemiBuona capacità di gestione delle attività sul campoOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)Buone doti comunicative e orientamento al clienteEsperienza in ruoli di After Sales / Technical Service / Field ServiceConoscenza dei processi di refitting e post-consegnaAbitudine a lavorare in contesti luxury e con clientela internazionale#J-*****-Ljbffr
