Job description:Clivet SpAis looking fora new colleaguewho will join our Design Team as aUX/UI Senior DesignerWhat about this new opportunity?As our newUX/UI Designer, you will have the followingresponsibilities:Define thenext futureof our physical and digital user interfaces You will consider user trends, different customer profiles, and our multi-regional & multi-brand strategy to shapeinnovative solutions.Deal with theUX/UI tasksof our team, collaborating withcross-functional teams(including developers, product managers, and R&D) andexternal partners.Define and apply anew UI design systemto our entire HMI portfolio.Your mission?To guarantee aconsistent and amazing brand experienceacross all our different productsDesign and prototypeuser interfaces for HMI, mobile, and web, ensuring aseamless and intuitive user experience.Developwireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypesthat effectively communicate yourgreat ideas.Conductuser research and usability testingto gather feedback and iterate on your designs.Your voice will be crucial for our productsStay updated withindustry trends and emerging technologiesin UX/UI design.We do believe inlife-long learningBe in charge of thedeployment of the visual communication and graphicson our residential products.Mentoring the young UX designer talentsin our team.Your experience will help them growThis is what we are looking for for this new role:ABachelor's degreein UX Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience (6+ years) as aUX/UI Designerwith astrong portfoliothat showcases your design work.Yes, we want to see your great projectsHighly developed visual communication and graphic design skills.You areproficient with design toolslike Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Knowledge inArduino (or other coding software)?That's anice to haveProfessional experience in astructured and international environment(in Design Consultancy or a Corporate Company)?Even betterYou arefluent in English(both written and spoken).If you knowItalian or Chinese...BetterExcellent communication skillsand the ability to work withininterdisciplinary teams.You arebased in Italyandopen to travel.What we offer:The opportunity to work ongroundbreaking projectsin the HVAC sector.Acollaborative and innovativework environment.Continuous learning and professional developmentopportunities.We invest in youAcompetitive salary and benefitspackage.Flexible time management, with2 days of smart workingper week.Please apply with yourCV and portfolio(max. 10MB).
