Permanent Placement , divisione del Gruppo Openjobmetis specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili qualificati, con la filiale di San Vito al Tagliamento , seleziona per azienda cliente una figura di:QUALITY SPECIALIST SENIOR / ADDETTO UFFICIO QUALITÀL'azienda clienteLa realtà per cui selezioniamo è un' azienda metalmeccanica strutturata , attualmente impegnata in un importante percorso di certificazione finalizzato all'accesso al settore Difesa e Aerospace , con obiettivo di ingresso nel mercato entro aprile **** .Per supportare questo progetto strategico e garantire la piena conformità ai requisiti normativi e procedurali richiesti dal settore, ricerchiamo una figura fortemente esperta, metodica e orientata alla gestione dei sistemi qualità .Responsabilità del RuoloLa risorsa, inserita in staff alla Direzione / Responsabile di Stabilimento , avrà la responsabilità della gestione e dello sviluppo del Sistema di Gestione Qualità , occupandosi in autonomia di:Sistema Qualità e CertificazioniGestione, mantenimento e sviluppo del Sistema di Gestione Qualità aziendale.Preparazione, aggiornamento e presidio delle certificazioni ISO **** e successive , con particolare focus sui requisiti Difesa/Aerospace .Verifica della conformità a normative internazionali, standard di settore e requisiti specifici dei clienti.Audit e IspezioniGestione completa degli audit interni ed esterni.Interfaccia diretta con enti certificatori, ispettori e clienti.Preparazione della documentazione, accoglienza ispettori, presidio delle attività di audit e gestione dei follow-up.Gestione DocumentaleRedazione, aggiornamento e controllo di procedure, istruzioni operative, manuali qualità e documentazione di sistema.Presidio dei flussi documentali in ottica di tracciabilità e compliance.Interfaccia Interna e Supporto al BusinessCollaborazione con produzione e uffici tecnici per l'implementazione e il rispetto delle procedure.Supporto all'azienda nel percorso di ingresso e consolidamento nel settore Difesa e Aerospace .Requisiti RichiestiEsperienza consolidata in ufficio qualità all'interno di contesti industriali strutturati.Provenienza da settori metalmeccanico, aerospace, difesa o nucleare .Ottima conoscenza delle normative ISO e dei Sistemi di Gestione Qualità.Spiccata attitudine burocratica, procedurale e metodica .Capacità di gestire audit e ispezioni in autonomia.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese , utilizzata con enti certificatori e nella documentazione.Familiarità con sistemi qualità strutturati e ambienti regolamentati.Cosa Offre l'AziendaInserimento diretto con contratto a tempo indeterminato .Ruolo chiave in un progetto strategico di sviluppo aziendale.Contesto strutturato e altamente professionalizzante.Sede di lavoro: Codroipo (UD)
