Per importante portale italiano B2B dedicato alle agenzie di viaggio e ai professionisti del turismo, con un piano di forte espansione, stiamo ricercando un/unaCONTRACT HOTEL MANAGER,per il territorio di Venezia e limitrofi.La figura inserita sarà responsabile dellaselezione, negoziazione e gestione dei contratti con le strutture alberghiere e il parco fornitorial fine di garantire un'offerta competitiva, qualitativa e coerente con le esigenze commerciali dell'azienda.Mansioni principali:Ricerca e identificazione di nuove strutture alberghiere in linea con la strategia aziendale.Negoziazione di tariffe, offerte speciali e politiche contrattuali, in collaborazione con il team Contrattisti.Stipula, aggiornamento e gestione dei contratti con i partner alberghieri.Monitoraggio continuo delle disponibilità, performance e qualità dei fornitori.Gestione delle relazioni con hotel e catene per assicurare continuità collaborativa.Visite periodiche alle strutture per valutazioni qualitative e per consolidare i rapporti.Collaborazione con marketing e vendite per definire strategie commerciali e promozionali.Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Buyer, Contrattista o in ambiti similari del settore turistico/hôtellerie.Ottime competenze comunicativo-relazionali e di negoziazione.Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici e gestionali (Excel, CRM, piattaforme di booking).Organizzazione, precisione e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Turismo.Possibilità di formazione costante e sviluppo professionale.Modalità di lavoro ibrido, sede Venezia.L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs ******** e dei Dlgs ******** e ******** e della PdR ********.Le persone interessate sono invitate a leggere l' informativa privacy ex artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.
