The resource within the Customer Service team will be responsible for the following activities :Entering, managing and receiving customer orders through Corporate Management SystemEnsure customer support for all information and / or questions about the order process (order entry and confirmation, stock checks and delivery management with different contractual conditions)Ensure the achievement of Customer Satisfaction by coordinating with other company functionsEnsure accurate document management of customer records, new articles and price listsSupports and monitors the order book through regular ReportsSkills3 / 5 years of experience in similar rolesExcellent knowledge of the English LanguageAccuracy, planning and organizationGood relationship and communication skillsTeam Working, Proactivity, Problem SolvingGood knowledge MS OfficeEducationDegree in Economics / Languages or related areasLocationParma - HQ#J-*****-Ljbffr
