Alpinestars is the leading global performance motorsports apparel, protection and footwear manufacturer.For over 60 years the company has been providing the world's best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, innovation and style.The company, thanks to outstanding and constantly innovative products, is in a powerful growth phase in the global market, reflecting the strengthening of the staff in order to join our great successful team.PosizioneFor our Logistics Department we are looking for a Logistics Improvement Specialist, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.Key duties include analyzing processes using data and tools like LEAN, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.ResponsabilitiesYour main activities will be:Analyze and improve logistics workflows across production, warehousing, and distribution.Conduct cost-benefit analyses for logistics projects and process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Sales, IT, and Customer Service.Manage and optimize warehouse operations using WMS and ERP systems.Support global logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation and inventory control.Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor logistics performance.Lead or support continuous improvement initiativesLocationLocation: Caerano San Marco (TV) - on site job#J-*****-Ljbffr
