Graduate Program Global Banking EMEA – Investment Banking track in a few words:The Graduate Global Banking EMEA Program – Investment Banking track is designed as a real experience accelerator to boost your professional development.You will join BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) through a rotational 12-month program that lets you deeply understand the different investment banking activities.This structure consists of two 6-month rotations: the first in the Acquisition Finance team in Milan, the second in the M&A team in Paris.What will your first 12 months look like?You will be part of a cohort of European graduates recruited from different countries and sponsored by a member of the Global Banking EMEA Senior Management Team.Your journey will begin with a specific two-week development program from the Investment Banking Academy – covering both technical and soft skills – held at the BNP Paribas training Campus in France, near Paris.Following that, you will join the Acquisition Finance team in Milan – the department that will become your permanent posting – and for the second rotation you will spend six months in Paris joining the EMEA Advisory Group (EAG) platform.Acquisition Finance: by joining the Loan Capital Markets (LCM) team, you will contribute to the origination, structuring and execution of event-driven (e.g. M&A) and plain vanilla loan financing solutions for large and midsize investment-grade corporates.You will be fully involved across all transaction stages, acting as an analyst on the team.EMEA Advisory Group (EAG): by joining EAG, you will work on a wide range of M&A deals (buy or sell-side, public or private).You will be involved end-to-end, from marketing to execution.Some Examples Of Your Assignments In These Different PositionsContribute to the preparation of presentations and pitches to support the marketing effort.Carry out research on sectors and companies, analyze operational benchmarks and valuation work, synthesizing information from various sources.Perform financial and risk analysis to facilitate discussions with the bank's internal partners, develop financial models.Contribute to the proper execution of projects, including preparation of marketing materials and financial models, and process management.Support the marketing of transactions, including the development of the strategy, schedule, target investors, collection and analysis of comments.Participate in the training of interns working in the team.Interact with internal (legal, syndicate, rating advisory, risk management, compliance) and external partners.Throughout and after the Graduate you will continue to benefit from an adapted development programme.The missions are important, but so is the team and the work environmentYou will join the Global Capital Markets and EMEA Advisory Group departments of Global Banking EMEA, within CIB.The Global Capital Markets platform, of which Loan Capital Markets is a part, orchestrates debt and equity solutions for corporates across the EMEA region, employing around 650 staff in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Brussels, Milan and Madrid.Within the EAG, you will join a team of about 200 Junior Bankers – from Analyst to Vice President – who support the Directors and Managing Directors of M&A EMEA and Industry Groups.The team's main hub is in Paris, with over 80 juniors, and has geographic offices in Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, UK, Dubai, Netherlands, Switzerland and Portugal.You will work in a very international and challenging environment.Your main location / home country will be Milan, Italy.During your rotation in Paris you will be based in a dynamic business district, near Opéra.What about the remuneration?This is an important subject, which will of experience (Investment Banking / Debt Markets internship is a plus).You have a master's degree from a business school, engineering school or university, with solid knowledge in corporate finance and financial modeling, and you are willing to fully invest yourself in demanding and rewarding investment banking activities.You have demonstrated your proactivity and communication skills, are rigorous and collaborative, can adapt quickly in a demanding environment, are fluent in both Italian and English, are constantly looking to improve your performance and knowledge.Finally, we attach particular
