report variancesCollaborationDrive clear processes with Sales, Marketing, International ProfEd team, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and LegalAlign with regional ProfEd on priorities, content, metrics, and vendor standardsMaintain relationships with national scientific societies and congress organisersCompliance and recordsOperate within MedTech Europe, local codes, GDPR, and Cordis policiesKeep complete, audit-ready files in designated systems for all ProfEd activitiesMonitor risks and elevate issues promptlyProcess management & reportingUse approved tools for planning, approvals, contracting, logistics, and reportingDeliver monthly dashboards: activity status, HCPs trained, spend vs. plan, and outcomesPrepare concise decks for internal and external meetings on timeQualificationsBachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering, or related field3–5 years in medical device education, clinical support, or healthcare event deliveryExperience working in the interventional cardiology or vascular fields is a mustSkilled in project management, vendor coordination, and maintaining thorough documentationFluency in local language and English;
