Description Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions, with **** sales of $ 29 billion.Headquartered near Denver, Colorado, Arrow serves as a supply channel partner for over 100,000 original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers and commercial customers through a global network of more than 460 locations in 56 countries.A Fortune 200 company with more than 18,000 employees worldwide, Arrow brings technology solutions to a breadth of markets, including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial and consumer electronics.Legal Counsel EMEA (m / f / d)Arrow is now seeking a Legal Counsel EMEA (m / w / d) to join its legal team based at its office in the greater Frankfurt area (Neu-Isenburg) or Milan.The successful candidate will work with other Arrow lawyers advising on a wide variety of commercial & corporate transactions and a plethora of ad hoc in-house issues.The role, which envisages a wide range of legal issues relevant to Arrow's EMEA business, is highly commercial, but with strong intellectual and legal accuracy.The ability to influence at a senior level is important, as well as sound commercial judgement and the ability to apply legal principles to identify options and make recommendations in a very international environment.What will you doHandle a variety of commercial and corporate transactionsServe as a trusted advisor to all employees, providing guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including employment law, labor disputes, and business contracts.Draft, review, and negotiate various types of business contracts and documents with a keen attention to detail and a thorough understanding of legal implications.Provide expert legal advice and support related to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.Manage disputes with business partners, including negotiations and, when necessary, litigation.Conduct legal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, implementing processes and procedures to mitigate risks.Ensure that all company processes and procedures adhere to government regulations and laws, both domestically and internationally.Manage legal matters with an EMEA scope, handling tasks connected with different regions and collaborating effectively with international teams.Your profileFully qualified attorney (1st and 2nd State Examen) or completed university degree in Law and admitted to the bar in Italy.2+ years of actual experience in corporate environment or corporate legal practiceFluency in English & Italian is essential.Additional language (e.g. German) would be considered as a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.What we offerEmployee benefitsChallenging & diverse area of responsibilityOpen Corporate CultureModern & dynamic work environmentSafe and trustful employmentCollaborative team with flat hierarchies and short communication channelsComprehensive trainingProfessional and personal trainingArrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.LocationDE-Neu Isenburg, Germany (Frankfurter St)Time TypeFull timeJob CategoryLegal#J-*****-Ljbffr
