Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Take ownership to ensure delivery targetsAs a Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers and internal stakeholders for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies for the Suppliers/commodity managed. You will work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals. You will ensure that business strategies are followed for fulfilment and quality. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes.Partner with the bestAs a Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing delivery of materials and certificates for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receiving into the systems, in line with Company processes and procedures.Giving the visibility to Internal Customer on Supplier plan, preventing criticalities and managing priorities, to ensure the achievement of On Time Delivery versus internal and external Customers.Collaborating with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied.Interacting with the Platform and Operating Units inside Procurement Organization and to provide regular feedback about Supplier performances to refine the Supplier strategy.Partnering with Quality to support Supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution.Cooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency.Supporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations & results and Account Payable resolution on invoices issues.Supporting key Procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.Ensuring Supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.To be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or alternative MBA, or equivalent experienceShow good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and team working attitude, to be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partnerships with suppliers to facilitate executionBe able to maintain workload management in a high-pressure environment, through the ability to organize and prioritize tasks subject to criticalitiesShow proactive and analytical approach for problem identification and their quick resolutionBe fluent in both Italian and English and hold an EU passport; be willing to travel both to regional and international locations, to work with suppliers (up to 20% travel required).Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
