Position SummaryAs aSales Managerat Metrikflow, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying, engaging and closing new customers.You will be taking ownership with our founding team of the generation, qualification and closing of leads, building strong relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales pipeline.Your success in this role will depend on your ability to generate revenue, create and nurture relationships, deliver value to prospects, and convert them into clients.Fluency inItalianis essential, as our core target market is Italy.TasksContribute and executeour strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand Metrikflow's presence in target markets.Own and optimizethe lead generation process, working closely with Marketing to enhance inbound and outbound sales strategies.Drive business development efforts , identifying new market opportunities and key accounts to target.Establish and refinebest practices for outreach, lead qualification, and conversion, leveraging multi-channel engagement (email, Linked In, calls, events, etc.).Collaborate cross-functionallywith Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, improve campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with market needs.Own and manage the sales pipeline , ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups through the CRM system.Build strong relationshipswith key decision-makers, negotiating and closing high-value deals.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapeto adapt sales strategies and maintain Metrikflow's competitive advantage.Continuously optimizethe sales process, leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance and efficiency.RequirementsProven track record of outstanding results.Quick learner and eager to deep dive into new topics and iterate fast on traction strategies.Previous experience and strong results as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager orSales Development Representative (SDR) , or in aBusiness Developmentrole or similar roleExperience in aB2 B Saa Senvironment.Experience withlead generationandsales engagementtools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesloft, Outreach.io).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-level prospects.Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Fluent inItalian(spoken and written).Englishwork proficiency.A passion for technology and startups.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryandCommissionWork from anywhere– we're a remote-first company.Quarterly onsite meetingswith the team.Be part of amission-driven companymaking a positive impact on the planet.Join aninternational teamwith colleagues from diverse backgrounds.Professional growth opportunities– learn from experienced leaders and grow with us.Help us become the #1 ESG platform in Italy.Please submit your CV and a short Cover Letter explaining why you would like to work at Metrikflow.The ideal candidate would be able to start working fromOctober ****.Check out more about us on our Linked In page and our website.
