You will be responsible for coordinating weddings, corporate functions, gala dinners, and luxury private events within one of Venice's most iconic venues. Your leadership, attention to detail, and organizational excellence will help deliver world-class events that reflect the heritage and prestige of San Clemente Palace Venice.Planning and executing all banqueting and event operations from setup to completionLiaising with clients, event planners, and internal departments to ensure all requirements are metCollaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B team to create customized menus and event experiencesManaging event logistics, layouts, and timelines to guarantee smooth coordinationMonitoring event budgets, revenue targets, and cost controlsMaintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety throughout operationsEnsuring compliance with brand standards and service excellence at every eventSupporting the F&B leadership team in developing innovative concepts to enhance event offeringsPrevious experience as a Banqueting Manager, Events Manager, or similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury venueProven ability to manage large-scale events and multiple functions simultaneouslyExcellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilitiesFinancial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L managementFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are an advantage)Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standardsA prestigious leadership position within one of Europe's most exclusive luxury resortsOpportunity to manage extraordinary events in a breathtaking historical settingCareer development and professional growth opportunities within luxury hospitalityReady to lead exceptional events at San Clemente Palace Venice?
