Desk Expediter - Energy StorageGreentalent is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market.On behalf of an innovative company specialized in energy storage systems engineering and construction, we are looking for a Desk Expediter - Energy Storage.The candidate will join the Supply Chain Department and will be responsible for managing procurement processes to ensure that the company's requirements are met, while monitoring supplier performance in terms of cost efficiency, quality standards, and delivery timelines.The candidate will have the opportunity to develop the company's first expediting strategy, and then to define and structure the department's guidelines, with the support of the supply chain and project management teams.Main ResponsibilitiesConstant liaison with suppliers to monitor all orders issued, keeping the procurement project plan up-to-date to ensure that shipments are made on time and quality is adequate;Provide an ongoing view of supplier progress toward purchase order requirements;Verify supplier's General Manufacturing Program and support in resolving anomalies;Monitor and report supplier progress to the supply chain and project manager by informing promptly of any issues or delays;Coordinate external consultants and local expeditors for quality control visits and be the contact key person for inspectors;Manage correspondence with suppliers, file and forward relevant documentation (inspection plans, test reports, non-conformities, certification, material and packaging photographs, critical issues) to internal and external functions.QualificationsAutonomous, entrepreneurial-minded, accurate, and organized; willing to get involvedDemonstrated flexibility and humilityGood knowledge of English language is essentialSporadic travel availability requiredInterest in clean technologies and energy transition is a plusSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionSupply Chain and PurchasingIndustryServices for Renewable EnergyAegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. ******) - Aegis Srl, AUT.MIN.Prot.***** D.
