Battery Design Junior Engineer - Trainee Podium Advanced Technologies, con sede a Pont Saint Martin (Aosta), è una start up innovativa e consolidata, in forte espansione, leader nello sviluppo di tecnologie per il settore motorsport e prototipi, e della mobilità elettrica.Stiamo cercando un/una aspirante Battery Design Junior Engineer - Trainee che, inserito all'interno di un percorso di formazione, si occuperà di attività di progettazione e lavorerà a stretto contatto con i team di produzione, testing e validazione previste dalla commessa.L'inserimento avverrà in un contesto moderno e tecnologicamente avanzato.AttivitàProgettazione del sistema e disegno di architettura di batterie agli ioni di litio ad alta tensione, compreso stacking delle celle/moduli e collegamenti elettrici di potenza all'interno di pacchi batterie.Verifica e dimensionamento meccanico, elettrico, termico di componenti.Progettazione meccanica di dettaglio dei componenti all'interno dei moduli/batteria, compresa la modellazione 3D e 2D dei componenti meccanici in materiale metallico, plastico e composito.Packaging e progettazione di derivation box/PDU/e-box e interfacce elettriche/meccaniche/termiche batteria-veicoloRequisitiStudenti/esse o laureandi/e in – Ingegneria dell'Autoveicolo, Meccanica Aeronautica, Elettrica/Elettronica, Energetica, Meccatronica o equivalentiConoscenza di Software CAD (Catia, Solidworks o simili)Gradita esperienza, anche maturata presso Team studenteschi, nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di Batterie per veicoli elettrici o ibridi e conoscenza delle funzioni e delle prestazioni richieste al BMS (Battery Management System).Gradita esperienza nella progettazione con strumenti di simulazione CAE.Disponibilità ad un tirocinio di circa sei mesi con possibilità di impostare la tesi in azienda.#J-*****-Ljbffr
