TASis a multinational company specializing in providing innovative financial solutions and services to banks, businesses, and public administrations.We focus on enabling the evolution of payments and financial processes through various platforms and solutions, such as digital payments, real-time liquidity management, and financial networks connectivity, supporting our clients in navigating the complexities of the financial world and to enhance their operational efficiency.We are looking for an expert Functional Analyst willing to evolve in aTechnical Sales Representativerole, to join theCapital Markets Solutions Business Unit, which supports the qualification and sale process of its solutions and platforms dedicated to:Trading: order management, smart routing, algorithmic execution, transparencyFinancial Back Office: administration of financial instruments, derivatives, asset management, funds, settlementMarket Compliance: regulatory reporting (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR), market abuse management, insider list managementThe position reports to the Chief of Technical Support, within the Capital Markets BU and works with the Sales Department to identify and implement the best business development strategies on the firm's accounts.He leverages a deep knowledge of BU solutions and the functional domain of capital markets and finance, the ability to investigate customer and target needs and the development of a personalized value proposition.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyse capital markets trendsIdentify target clients and market segments for business development initiativesConduct competitor analysis to assess positioning and monitor market dynamicsGather business requirements and conduct feasibility studiesDesign and propose tailored solutions to clients, preparing functional analysis documents with detailed specificationsPerform gap analysis against international standards, assess new features, and prepare detailed documentationElaborate the value proposition for the customer or targetInteract within the pre-sales team in producing presentations and functional proposalsRequired Skills & Experience5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in areas covered by TAS solutionsProven background in Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Business and Functional AnalysisSolid knowledge and hands-on experience in:Back Office Securities and DerivativesRegulatory frameworks (MiFID, EMIR)Market access and brokerage processesPractical user experience with financial applications in the above domainsDemonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and multiple stakeholdersBusiness-level Englishproficiency (able to conduct meetings and deliver presentations)EducationMaster's degree in Economics (MBA appreciated), Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent fieldsLocationMilanContractPermanent position.Compensation package commensurate with experience.We are willing to invest in valuable candidates and the compensation will be negotiated based on experience, merit and impact.This job posting is addressed to candidates of all sexes, ages and nationalities, in accordance with the national legislation pro tempore in force aimed at ensuring equal treatment regardless of gender, race and ethnic origin.#J-*****-Ljbffr
