About Blox Space Set to open its doors on Q******, Blox Space aims to be a physical innovation hub and co-work space in downtown Turin, Italy with the aim to increase Bitcoin awareness and to build a vibrant workspace for teams and founders, by funneling talent and furthering a Bitcoin friendly ecosystem between our very walls.About The CompanyBlox Space is a physical innovation hub dedicated to Bitcoin and freedom technologies, designed to offer an immersive, hands-on environment for builders, founders, and innovators.Located in downtown Turin, Blox Space serves as a meeting point for individuals and companies working on Bitcoin-native and adjacent technologies.The hub's mission is to foster a vibrant, community-driven ecosystem by combining coworking, events, education, and real-world collaboration.Through daily interactions, workshops, and public initiatives, Blox Space aims to increase Bitcoin awareness and support the growth of a local and international network of builders and thought leaders.What will you do?As a Hub Specialist (Community & Events), you will play a central role in the daily life of Blox Space.You will be responsible for ensuring the hub runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and remains an active, engaging environment for members and visitors.This role combines community building, event coordination, and operational responsibilities.You will work closely with the Hub Manager to strengthen relationships, support members, and help bring the Blox Space vision to life through high-quality experiences and day-to-day interactions.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and host events, workshops, and meetups to foster engagement and strengthen the Blox Space community.Manage daily hub operations, including opening and closing the space, and ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and properly equipped.Act as the first point of contact for visitors and members, supporting onboarding and ensuring a smooth membership journey.Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere by managing the welcome desk and assisting with inquiries.Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including universities, partners, and organizations aligned with the hub's vision.Collect and analyze community feedback to continuously improve the overall hub experience.Support marketing initiatives related to events and community activities, ensuring alignment with the hub's identity.Support activities (in collaboration with the Hub Manager)Contribute to the planning and execution of community-driven projects and collaborations.Assist in managing communication channels to promote events and community activities.Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate for this role has:Previous experience in event coordination, community management, or hub operations, ideally within tech, startup, or innovation environments.Strong motivation to learn about Bitcoin and freedom technologies; prior knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.Fluency in both Italian and English; additional languages are considered a plus.A proactive, community-oriented, and mission-driven mindset.Work ArrangementsThis will be an On-Site position, based in the Blox Space Innovation Hub in Piazza Solferino, Turin.Join Blox SpaceIf you're looking for a high-impact role in a mission-driven organization, with meaningful responsibilities from day one and direct exposure to a global network of founders, developers, and thought leaders in the Bitcoin ecosystem, this is the sign you've been looking for.Send your job application, and start building the future with us#J-*****-Ljbffr
