Amazon (China) Finance Operations department seeks a bright, articulated and detail-oriented Japanese speaking Accounts Payable Financial Analyst to play an important role in the Accounts Payable Financial Operations Team in Chengdu, China.This position will focus on Accounts Payable with a strong emphasis on paying suppliers on time and all related activities in order to achieve this mission.Furthermore, this position will also support process improvement, controller-ship policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices from Amazon corporate vendors in the financial systemTroubleshoot invoice discrepanciesHandle vendor communication for both inquiries and outbound vendor advisoryAnalyze and report metrics to managementParticipate in Operational Excellence activities such as Kaizen/Green BeltBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fieldSpeak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written formKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlinesExperience that includes attention to detail and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional servicePreferred Qualifications2+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experienceLocation:ES, Community of Madrid, MadridAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
