TheAeffe Group, a multi-national company in the fashion and luxury sector, is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear, leather goods, lingerie and beachwear.The Group develops, produces and distributes, with constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections through the proprietary brands, "Alberta Ferretti", "Moschino" and "Pollini".For our "Alberta Ferretti" store in Milan, we are looking for aSenior Client Advisoravailable to workpart time(24h or 32h) with afixed term contract.The resource, reporting to the Store Manager, will take care of our customers providing an excellent service and ensuring to clients an exclusive shopping experience.He/she will support the Store Manager and collaborate with the team to take care of the retail operations, and back office activities.The Senior Client Advisor will work as a "Brand Ambassador", able to represent the values and the image of our Brand.Key Requirements:Luxury Retail experience (minimum 5 years).Assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility and problem solving ability.Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service.Stock control, ability in visual merchandising and display.Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world.Fluent in Italian and English.The knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.Hours: part time (24h or 32h).Location: via della Spiga, Milano.This announcement is addressed to both sexes, pursuant to Laws ****** and ******, and to persons of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees ****** and ******.
