Rapid shifts in technology have dramatically changed the way people interact and engage with brands.fifty-five is a new kind of data company that helps brands leverage data to improve marketing, media, and customer experience through a combination of specialized consultancy and technology services.As the strategic data pillar of The Brandtech Group, we offer services that combine strategy consulting, cloud services, media consulting and customer experience.We are made up of over +320 digital experts.Digital consultants, tracking and media specialists, engineers and data scientists all work in close collaboration to provide senior-level marketing consultancy and technical support to our clients, in every type of industry, all around the world.As a partner to advertisers from data collection to activation and exploitation, we help organizations become truly omnichannel entities that control the efficiency of their digital ecosystem and its synergies with the physical world.Headquartered in Paris, we operate across 3 time zones from our 10 offices, located in Paris, London, Geneva, Milan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Taipei, Singapore and New York.About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Analytics Consultant to join our new Milan-based consulting team.This is a varied role which spans across website architecture, UX analysis, media advisory and digital strategy.As a Consultant at 55, you will be working on marketing analytics and marketing activations as opposed to setting up and optimising campaigns, so we therefore are seeking applicants with some prior experience in marketing or web analytics.Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering fifty-five's data-led projects to multiple, big brand clients across industries such as luxury, automotive, retail and beauty.These projects will be driven by client objectives relating to data collection, customer acquisition, onsite conversion optimisation and media-mix optimisation and you will be required to promote a customer-centric vision of digital marketing, based on the systematic and methodical use of data to support decisions.ResponsibilitiesWithin your first year at fifty-five, you will be taking on the following core tasks and responsibilities, amongst others:Delivering high quality outcomes for a variety of projects in the Ad Tech and Web Analytics space, working in a client-facing position, supported by a team of technical specialistsMeeting client's requirements within the agreed deadlines, keeping track of the necessary tasks for each project and liaising with the relevant owners internally and externally; foreseeing and escalating issues / risks as appropriateDeveloping a sharp, operational expertise regarding web analytics and media-buy topicsProgressing in your journey at fifty-five, you will be given the opportunity to grow in your role through first-hand exposure to multiple disciplines and, if interested, you might be selected to take a specialist path.Our Ideal CandidateEducated to degree levelApproximately 1 year of experience in web / marketing analytics (preferably as a business analyst/ data analyst/ marketing analyst, or with experience in paid media buying)Native or bilingual english is mandatoryFamiliarity with the Google stackAnalytical mindset, keen to apply data to challengesDetail oriented, proactive and self-motivated, good organisation is paramountCurious and eager to learn, able to challenge and recommend solutions to problemsFlexible, versatile and works well under pressureCollaborative, works well in a team, understands that the sum of our parts is better than the individualStrong interest in new marketing technologies & the digital industryInterest in working in a small, growing teamIf this sounds like you, please get in touchWe look forward to meeting you.In return, we are pleased to offer you the following benefits:Being part of a multicultural, dynamic and fast-growing teamContinuous (and certified) training on the digital ecosystem and technologies (initial training for all new employees, followed by recurring training sessions)The flexibility to work remotely for part of the week - this will continue post CovidUnMind App subscriptionfifty-five encourages diversity and is committed to guaranteeing equal treatment of all applications, regardless of gender, age, origin, sexual orientation, state of health or political or religious opinion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
