Maintenance EngineerSede: Piombino (LI)Tipo di Impiego: Full TimeDescrizione del ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di un/una Maintenance Engineer da inserire presso il nostro stabilimento di Piombino.La risorsa sarà responsabile della pianificazione, gestione e ottimizzazione delle attività di manutenzione degli impianti industriali, garantendo elevati standard di affidabilità, sicurezza ed efficienza produttiva.Responsabilità principaliPianificare e coordinare le attività di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e correttiva su impianti e macchinari industriali.Analizzare i guasti e le cause radice (RCA), proponendo azioni correttive e di miglioramento continuo.Collaborare con Produzione, Qualità e HSE per garantire la continuità operativa e il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza.Gestire fornitori esterni e appaltatori per interventi specialistici.Monitorare KPI di manutenzione (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) e redigere report tecnici.Supportare progetti di revamping, installazione di nuovi impianti e miglioramento dellaffidabilità.Assicurare la corretta gestione della documentazione tecnica e dei ricambi.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Meccatronica o equivalente.Esperienza di 2–5 anni in ruoli analoghi in ambito industriale (preferibile).Conoscenza dei principi di manutenzione industriale e dei sistemi di automazione.Capacità di analisi, problem solving e gestione delle priorità.Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (CMMS, MS Office).Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).Cosa offriamoInserimento in un contesto industriale strutturato e stimolante.Opportunità di crescita professionale e formazione continua.Se pensi possa essere la posizione giusta per te, non esitare a candidarti e ad inoltrarci il tuo CV
