Leading the way in digital mental healthcare, Unobravo stands as a trusted and empathetic ally in people's lives, caring for their mental health and supporting their personal growth.We are a revolutionary online mental health platform, matching individuals with the right therapist.From the very beginning, our daily mission has been torevolutionize society's perception of mental healthby breaking down the stigma surrounding it.At the core of Unobravo's success is our exceptional team, committed to providing accessible, high-level care anytime, anywhere.With more than4.5 million therapy sessions,we have positively impacted countless lives, promoting psychological well-being and helping individuals overcome life's challenges.Unobravo's journey is heating up as we areactively expanding across Europe.We're bringing our game-changing approach to diverse markets, gearing up to challenge and transform global perspectives on mental health.This expansion marks a thrilling chapter in reshaping the world's view of mental wellness.To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for aSenior Platform Engineering Managerto join the Tech team and drive innovation in the mental health market.AS A SENIOR PLATFORM ENGINEERING MANAGER YOU WILL:Manage and lead a team of around 5-8 engineers, ensuring that they are motivated and empowered to achieve their goals, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.Collaborate with a wide range of cross functional partners - and other engineering teams - to define and deliver a strategy for improving Unobravo's technical infrastructure and developer experience.Ensure your team is focused on delivering impact, not just features, through data-driven experimentation.Lead a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department, encouraging innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies, and implementing best practices and process improvements.Engage communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, creating clear guidance for your team and focus space for engineers to do their best work.Maintain technical proficiency and stay updated on relevant technologies to effectively support the team, contributing code or architectural insights when needed to meet team goals and ensure progress.??YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:You have previous experience working as an Engineering Manager of a platform or infrastructure team, enabling other engineering teams to be successful through improving tools, systems and services.You must have previously collaborated closely with product managers and other cross-functional roles, taking shared accountability for success.Strong knowledge of the software technologies and processes best practices commonly used in web and app development in a cloud and serverless environment.Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.A business-oriented mindset, ensuring that your team optimizes for maximum impact for both our users and the business.Experience in implementing and leading a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging on observability tools and processes to drive engineering and business outcome.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Comfortable operating with ambiguous problem areas with a high degree of autonomy.Strong soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, ability to delegate and time management.Fluent in English.Note:While these qualifications are desirable, we understand that no candidate will perfectly fulfil every criteria listed above.If you believe you have the passion, skills, and drive to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply and tell us more about what makes you uniquely qualified.WHAT WE OFFER:Fully remote in ItalyCoworking MeetingsUnobravo has dedicated a special budget to encourage global teamwork, in order to enable employees and collaborators to meet in coworking spaces in many many cities around the world.
