About UrkahUrkah is an innovative startup operating at the intersection of a media platform and growth-oriented strategic consulting.We partner with founders, marketing leaders and executive teams of high-potential consumer brands and leading large consumer goods companies to drive sustainable growth through structured thinking, data-driven decision making and execution excellence.We are building a highly selective team and are looking for aJunior Consultantto work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, client engagements and internal development projects.Role DescriptionThe Junior Consultant will be part of the CEO Office, supporting high-impact strategic work across multiple clients and internal initiatives withdirect exposure to well-known consumer brands and large-scale FMCG players (food & beverage, home care, etc.)This role requiresstrong analytical capabilities, structured problem solving, and professional maturity, with early involvement in executive-level decision-making.The position is designed for candidates withtop-tier potentialwho seek accelerated learning in a demanding, meritocratic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CEO instrategic consulting engagements, maintaining direct exposure to clients throughout the project lifecycleParticipating in client interactions, including meetings, workshops and follow-ups, ensuring clear, structured and professional communicationPrepare executive-level presentations and materials for client-facing meetingsAnalyze business, financial, and marketing datato identify trends and performance gaps, and synthesize key KPIs to drive strategic decisions.Support the coordination of multiple projects and clients simultaneously, acting as a reliable point of contact on selected workstreamsContribute to the development of Urkah's internal methodologies, analytical frameworks and strategic contentCandidate ProfileBachelor's or Master's inBusiness Management, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineeringor related fieldsStrong academic performance is expectedPrevious experience(including internships) in management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, product or business line management, or marketingExperience in client-facing roles or structured stakeholder management is a strong plusAnalytical & Technical SkillsExcellentlogical, structured and hypothesis-driven thinking.Strong ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data is a mustDemonstrated capability to make decisions based onbusiness and marketing KPIsAdvanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables and data analysis, basic business and financial modelingAdvanced PowerPoint skills, with a consulting-style approach (clarity, storyline, synthesis)Solid knowledge ofLinkedInas a professional, analytical and business toolOther Key ElementsHigh standards of excellence, precision and attention to detailAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment managing multiple workstreams in parallelStrong sense of ownership, accountability and intellectual curiosityProfessionalism and discretion when working closely with senior leadershipFull professional fluency in Italian and EnglishEligibility to work in the country of applicationAvailability to travel to client siteson a semi-regular basisContract and Career GrowthThe role is offered as anapprenticeship with the aim of permanent employment, providing an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing startup from the ground up.While the position starts at a base level, Urkah has astrong meritocratic culture: performance and contribution are recognized early, with structured reviews and the possibility ofsubstantial salary increases as quickly as every six months.The role also providesaccelerated professional growth, with exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives, direct interaction with top-tier clients, and mentorship from the CEO, making it an ideal environment for candidates looking to develop their skills rapidly and take on increasing responsibility in a short time.Selection ProcessThe selection process is structured as follows:Curriculum screeningBusiness game (invitation only)Introductory interview, including a problem-solving testFinal interview#J-*****-Ljbffr
