Join to apply for theMotion Designer – Remoterole atReplika.About ReplikaReplika is an AI companion loved by 35M+ usersaround the world.We're redefining what it means to connect with technology — emotionally, intelligently, and personally.From mobile to VR, we're building an experience that feels less like software and more like someone who gets you.We've been featured in TED Talks, Stanford and Harvard studies, the Lex Fridman podcast.All for one reason: people connect with Replika in a deeply human way.We're scaling fast, rebranding with a top design agency, and taking on bold challenges to become the most human AI on the planet.About This RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, Motion Designer withimpeccable taste, strong ownership, and a deep love for users.You'll help us rebuild our UX motion system across mobile and web.Experience withsleek, polished consumer appsis critical — this role is for someone who's fast, thoughtful, and obsessed with getting every detail right.What You'll Be DoingRebuild and enhance our UX motion system, bringing consistency, depth, and emotion to every interaction.Design and animate high-quality motion elements for UI — from subtle transitions to complex, story-driven interactions.Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering teams to implement animations using Lottie and other motion tools.Create storyboards, motion studies, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively and ensure seamless integration in the final product.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio of UI animations and shipped digital products.Hands-on expertise in After Effects, Rive, Lottie, and Figma; experience with 2D rigging, C4D, or shader-based/generative visuals is a plus.Solid understanding of timing, easing, and visual storytelling principles.Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred).What You'll GetA chance to build a product that actually matters to millions of people.Freedom to work remotely with a globally distributed team.Offsites in different countries with people who actually like each other.A trustworthy, high-responsibility environment where your ideas really matter.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Replika by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
