Team Lead | Onshore/Offshore Wind & CleantechThe Green Recruitment Company has been partnered with a leading renewable energy company with more than 10GW of projects under development to work in their Italian office.The Project Manager will be in charge of the technical business development of the solar PV and Onshore Wind projects in Italy, reporting to the Country Manager.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project development activities for Onshore Wind Greenfield projects, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses to identify suitable project sites and assess their potential.Coordinate and liaison with stakeholders.Ensure budget compliance and deviation control.Supervise contracts along with risk management, quality assurance, and document and cost control.Arrange site visits and meetings whilst delivering excellent community engagement at each stage of a project.Qualifications3+ years of relevant experience working in the business development of onshore projects.Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development.A willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a dynamic team, whilst fostering a positive working environment for all members.Fluency in English and availability to travel is a requirement.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development, Engineering, and ManagementIndustriesRenewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
