We enable our customers to receive insights about each customer and make the retail experience more impactful and engaging, with the goal of creating a highly individualised, personal and multi-channel customer experience.Join an agile team where you can enhance your technical skills by participating in challenging and scalable projects in the field of software development.In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.In particular, you will be responsible for:Independently design solutions and actively contribute to their development, providing innovative ideas aligned with business objectives.Write, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance code, collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.Identify and resolve bugs through thorough testing to ensure a stable and reliable product.Develop, design, and implement integrated solutions for new service development, and manage internal tools for development, continuous integration, and deployment.Ensure high code quality standards by performing code reviews on deliverables from junior team members.What skills are we looking for?Previous experience in Backend development of at least 5 years.Excellent command of the Java language and the Spring Boot ecosystem.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS).Excellent knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL, including database design and optimization activities.Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.Familiarity with messaging systems, particularly Kafka and ActiveMQ.Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).Nice to have: Experience in code review and mentoring activities.Previous experience and strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.Good knowledge of OOP and functional programming paradigms, as well as Design Patterns.Experience with Docker containers and orchestrators such as Kubernetes.Knowledge of NoSQL technologies, especially ElasticSearch and Redis.Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).Do you recognize yourself in the skills we're looking for?
