Cerchi una nuova sfida?Ti piacerebbe aiutarci a plasmare il futuro dell'assicurazione?Prima potrebbe essere il posto giusto per te.Dal **** mettiamo tutta la nostra passione per i dati e la tecnologia al servizio di una nuova idea di assicurazione, garantendo ai nostri clienti un'esperienza fantastica a un prezzo competitivo.La nostra storia è iniziata in Italia, dove siamo rapidamente diventati il primo operatore online per l'assicurazione auto.Dal **** siamo attivi anche offline, attraverso una rete sempre più ampia di intermediari assicurativi partner, che ci ha permesso di rafforzare ulteriormente la nostra presenza e di conquistare la fiducia di oltre 4 milioni di automobilisti.Oggi continuiamo a crescere e puntiamo a raggiungere ancora più clienti in Italia, in UK e in Spagna.Per supportare questa crescita, stiamo cercando un/a Growth Marketing Manager da inserire nel nostro team Marketing Italia.Cosa FaraiGrowth Marketing: Definire e implementare la strategia di growth marketing a supporto dei canali di vendita (es. iniziative di upselling, retargeting, referral); ideare, testare e scalare nuove campagne multicanale, con approccio data-driven; monitorare e ottimizzare le performance delle iniziative, identificando opportunità di crescita e aree di miglioramento.Offline channel marketing: Definire e implementare il piano di Trade Marketing rivolto agli intermediari partner; curare la realizzazione di materiali commerciali e di supporto alla vendita (es. gadget, brochure, toolkit); supportare il team Offline Sales nella creazione di materiali formativi per gli intermediari partner (es. schede prodotto, guide) e nelle attività di recruiting di nuovi intermediari partner.Branding negli spazi degli intermediari partner: Definire e realizzare la strategia di branding per gli intermediari partner, assicurando qualità, riconoscibilità del brand sul territorio e coerenza con la brand strategy di Prima; coordinare la personalizzazione degli spazi (es. con insegne, vetrofanie, ...); selezionare e gestire i fornitori (negoziazione, pianificazione, project management).Marketing technology: Identificare nuovi strumenti tecnologici a supporto delle attività di marketing (es. tool CRM, strumenti di contatto cliente, raccolta Voice of Customer); collaborare con i team Product ed Engineering per implementare i tool e garantirne l'efficacia.Cosa CerchiamoLaurea in Management, Marketing o altre discipline economiche o scientifiche.4-5 anni di esperienza in primarie società di consulenza strategica e/o aziende innovative in forte crescita.Forti capacità analitiche, di problem-solving e orientamento ai risultati.Dimostrata esperienza in project management, inclusa la gestione del budget e la negoziazione con i fornitori.Eccellenti doti comunicative in italiano e in inglese.Nice-to-HaveEsperienza in progetti legati al mondo del marketing, delle vendite o in generale all'industry assicurativa.Perché Ti Piacerà Lavorare Con Noi?
