Per la stagione estiva **** siamo alla ricerca di un/unaRoom Division Manager per il VOI Arenella Resort.Responsabilità:Gestire e coordinare le attività di accoglienza e ricevimento OspitiAssicurare gli standard operativi e l'attuazione delle procedure predisposte dalla Direzione GeneraleGarantire la massima collaborazione fra tutti i reparti del suo settore al fine di soddisfare velocemente le richieste degli Ospiti e della direzione.Favorire la corretta sinergia ed informazione sui movimenti degli Ospiti a tutti i reparti collegati alla sua funzione.Coordinare il personale per i reparti di sua competenza, supervisionare gli orari di servizio proposti dai capi servizio, affinché tutti i turni abbiano copertura professionale ed efficace, controllare il corretto utilizzo delle uniformi e l'aspetto generale del personale.#J-*****-Ljbffr
