Italian language is mandatory and employee is client facingWhy can't we deliver at a lower job level?We need employees with strong Project Management skills, DWH Methodology knowledge, strong technical competencies on DWH tools, strong Data Management skills and Public Sector competencies. It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than ManagerWhy can't we absorb with the existing team / HC? Have we completed Availability Check? Do we have the skills available among tenured resources eligible for rotation or migration, automation, low billability pools?Current team can't absorb new tasks, because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity. All Analytics Italian employees are allocated, so there are not available resources to use for new activitiesWhen new hire becames billable?
