Amusnet Italy is the official representatives of Amusnet Interactive in Italy.With the advanced expertise and extensive knowledge of the industry, we offer cutting-edge iGaming software and solutions.The company provides all online casino gaming software and solutions of Amusnet Interactive, which are well known worldwide in more than 85 countries.Amusnet Interactive crafts advanced online gaming software and solutions, which power some of the world's top casino operators.We are a well-established name in the industry, growing rapidly on a global basis through constant innovation, consumer-centric approach and impeccable quality.We are looking for a Commercial Manager based in Rome, hired by Amusnet Italy (Italian based company).ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with our existing partnersSearch out opportunities that will maximize the distribution of Amusnet Interactive's casino content and grow revenuesMake calls and initiate meetings with partners, and follow up accordinglyWrite compelling partnership propositions that have strong ROISuggest suitable promotions and negotiate terms with the business partnersForecast and set performance targets for each new partner based on evaluation and business casesEstablish strong working relationships with the Senior Management and stakeholders in the businessAct as a mediator between the partners and various departments throughout the companyReport on a monthly basis the performance and upscale of the clientsReport market insights and give strategic advice to the managementDevelop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goalsSet high commercial targets and work together with different teams to meet themRequirementsPrevious experience in the online gambling industryStrong experience in the online gambling industry in Italy and solid knowledge of the Italian marketStrong experience with promotional and marketing tools such as bonuses, tournaments, etc.Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generationProven record of working within a fast-paced, corporate business development team environment, fulfilling a senior client-facing roleStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianStrong experience in leading all aspects of B2B communication and negotiationAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to travel when neededHigh level of energy, drive and enthusiasmResult driven personalityWhat we offerExcellent SalaryNo overtimePerfect office locationTeam Buildings & Local company events throughout the yearAmazing & very supportive colleaguesIf you are interested, feel free to apply directly here following the instructions on LinkedIn.All applications will be treated strictly confidential.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.Thank you for applying#J-*****-Ljbffr
